Release Scarcity

Release Your Insecurity is a six-week nervous system support and psychoeducation group designed to help participants understand and release the physiological, emotional, and cognitive patterns that maintain insecurity, scarcity, hypervigilance, and chronic self-criticism.
This series explores how insecurity is not simply “low confidence,” but often a nervous system adaptation developed through chronic stress, relational wounds, comparison, invalidation, fear, or prolonged emotional survival states. When the body internalizes scarcity and inadequacy, participants may begin to organize their posture, behaviors, relationships, and thoughts around self-protection rather than self-expression.
Participants will learn how insecurity manifests in the body, emotions, relationships, and inner dialogue. Through nervous system psychoeducation, somatic practices, reflection, and integration exercises, group members will practice reconnecting with self-worth, regulation, flexibility, stillness, and internal encouragement.
