FAQs

The intention of my yoga classes is to offer space for you to be in svādhyāya (self-study, introspection) of your own mind and body. I guide classes based on each theme, offering you space to observe and be disciplined to your growth. Growth meaning, whatever edge you are feeling into. Maybe your growing edge right now is doing less with your body, maybe it is standing stronger in your power. Whatever the case, it is all an invitation to observe your present moment, and learn to listen and accept all parts of your current experience.
