Do you offer virtual sessions?

No, not as an ongoing format. However, I am flexible to have online sessions if and when life gets in the way and you cannot make it to my office.

How much does a session of therapy cost?

$170.

What is your cancellation policy?

No fee with 48+ hour notice. $100 fee within 48 hour notice. No shows are billed full session fee

Do you provide superbills?

How do I know which group is right for me?

What happens during the screening process?

I screen to see if it is clinically appropriate for you to join the group.

Do I have to attend every session?

No, but it is encouraged so you make the most out of the class material

Can I join after a group has started?

No, unless you have registered already and have discussed with me prior you cannot make the first session.

How often do new groups begin?

Do I need previous yoga experience?

Absolutely not. Just a willingness to be as you are

What should I bring?

Water, comfort items, comfortable clothes, any props you need.

Is yoga therapy?

No, it is not clinical work nor does it pose a dual therapist relationship.

Are classes beginner friendly?

Yes. Modifications are always provided. Please always listen to what your body is asking of you first.

What should I expect?

Bringing attention and intention to our breath gives our body more space to expand and contract. It can result in activated physical, mental, emotional, spiritual feelings. I will be attuned to your needs as you let yourself surrender to this process.

Do I need previous experience?

No. Please know that our breath will always breathe us.

Do you offer sliding scale?

Yes. If the cost feels like a barrier to any of my offerings, please inquire about any sliding scale opportunities that may be available.
