  • Stress can become so familiar that we stop noticing how much it shapes our daily lives.

    These trauma-informed yoga classes are designed to offer space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and practice responding to stress with greater awareness and compassion.

    Using gentle movement, breath, and mindfulness, participants are invited to release tension while cultivating greater presence and nervous system balance.

    This is not about perfecting poses.

    It is about practicing presence.

  • This class may be a good fit if you:

    • feel overwhelmed or mentally busy

    • notice tension in your body

    • have difficulty slowing down

    • want healthier ways to manage stress

    • are looking for a welcoming, non-judgmental environment

    No previous yoga experience is required.

    Each class offers practical tools that can be carried into everyday life.

    • Weekly 50-minute class

    • Educational and wellness offering (non-clinical)

  • Classes are $18 per session.

    Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your place.

    Cancellations made more than 3 hours before class will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class are not eligible for a refund.
