The Practice

Creating spaces for presence, transformation, and belonging.

My work explores a simple question:

How do we move forward with coherence?

Whether sitting with an individual in therapy, facilitating a community conversation, teaching a workshop, or writing a reflection, I return to the same belief:

Meaningful movement begins with presence.

Rather than arriving with predetermined solutions, I create spaces where individuals and communities can slow down, notice what is unfolding, and discern how they want to move forward together.

This work draws from psychotherapy, nervous system science, group facilitation, contemplative practice, and years of accompanying people through seasons of change.

No matter the setting, my role remains the same:

To cultivate the conditions where curiosity, reflection, and thoughtful action can emerge.
